Stop the misuse of CSD and special activated DDTE to enforce labor laws.
Judgement of involuntary part-time.
Priority in hiring and promotion of local staff.
Stop overtime abuses that hinder job creation.
Guyanisation frames (systematic replacement of expatriates).
Establishment of mechanisms for recruitment of technicians and scientists in Guyana research organizations.
Establishment of a directory of young Guyanese graduates which will use the employers for hiring managers in both the public and the private sectors.
Priority to local hiring in education.

III Rights and Liberties union

Lowering the threshold for effective implementation of the staff representative body (DP, DS, CHS, EC).
Credits delegation time allotted to representatives of trade unions in serving CA.
Regularisation of illegal workers.
Negotiation of an interprofessional agreement on trade union rights.
Establishment of Committees of Health, Safety and Working Conditions in all businesses.
Establishment of employee representatives in all companies with at least five employees and works committee (or institution) in all enterprises (or institutions) of at least 25 employees.
Immediate cessation of anti-union repression.
Immediate cancellation of all sanctions against union activists and waiver of prosecution.
Immediate reinstatement of dismissed union activists.
Reintegration of all displaced workers, following the social movement to lower the fuel 24/11 to 04/12/2008.
Reinstatement of redundant fault law following a court decision does not confirm the fault and systematization of the right to compensation.

Transparency in pricing of water, fuel, rent, transportation, gas, electricity, ...
Immediate reduction of fuel prices.
